Somebody knock me out!
I don't see how it is physically and emotionally possible for me to do this again. I can't handle feeling like this all the time. I wish I could just get knocked out until time to start pushing. Please God, not another 32 weeks of pure misery...

Official Time Is...
31ST ANNUAL TULSA RUN
TULSA OK - OCTOBER 26, 2008
15K COMPLETE OVERALL RESULTS
Place Name City/state Guntime Chptime M/mi M/km No. ===== === ======================= === ================== ======= ======= ===== ===== =====
1781 Sarah Coffin F30 Jenks OK 1:30:21 1:29:52 9:39 6:00 2144
Okay people, here is the official tally...1 hour 29 minutes and 52 seconds. 9:39 minute mile and an exact 6 minute kilometer. Guntime just means that it took me 29 seconds to actually move with the people racing over the official starting line that made my timing chip turn on. So thankful to God for the ability to do this and that little Baby C and I are healthy albeit a little soar (me).
I DID IT!!!
I did it, baby! I ran the Tulsa Run 15 k (9.3 miles) this morning and did it in my goal time 1 hour 30 minutes. I don't know what the exact time was but I will be able to get that in a day or two. With blessings from my OB, I kept my pace at a steady 6 minute km or 10 minute mile and I DID IT!!! Huge thanks to Jason for watching the kiddos while I did my training since April and my mom for stepping in at the last minute so they could be there at the start and finish line. And I think I had the youngest runner at the race at 7.5 weeks in utero! Now for some pics!

It really was that cold. This is before the race began. Check out my cool belt. I had water, protein shake, 1/2 pbj sandwich, raisins, tissues, and a hope and a prayer that I didn't puke while running.

There is my cool self with my cool belt about to cross the finish line.

Done! Done! Done!!!

I'm puking...again.
I thought week 6 might pull me through with hopes of only nausea, but week 7 hit, morning of...again, and here we are puking.
For those few who haven't been with me to experience pregnancy, welcome to the ride. My body feels like it has succumb to the worst hangover and food poisoning that could ever rack a woman's body.
Welcome baby Coffin #3!
