Hmmmmmm....

What to say. What to say. I guess I can consider this one thing off my "to do" list. It has been an intense few months and I think I have to admit that this last month was the worst. There have been many times when I would just sit down, sigh and say, "Okay, Lord. What are you wanting me to learn from this?"

The house is now on the market and we are praying and asking for anyone led to pray with us for a quick sale. Jason is home now at night and I actually feel married again. Those few months of him gone expect for the 5 hours he was sleeping were not fun. I don't do single mom well. The load still seems unbearable as is.

Some tidbits from here and there in our life right now:

We have to have a new roof on our 5 year old house. The hail storm that hit 3 weeks ago left its many marks on our valleys of our shingles. Oy vey.

Camille has Fifth Disease. Those who discovered it were too lazy to name it so it was stuck with Fifth Disease as the fifth childhood illness i.e. chicken pox, measles. Funny thing about this is that it is no longer contagious once the rash appears, but you don't know you have it until you see a rash. How is anyone ever supposed to prevent the spread of that disease?

Homeowners Association Board members need to occupy their free time with other things than going out of their way to make sure their world conforms to their sickening perception of "perfection". I'm a little bitter, does it show?

The kiddos have both received rave reviews from their participation with Parents As Teachers. Both are above their age level in physical coordination and language, however, the social skills sharing and taking turns we can't claim advancement in that area yet!

Out of necessity, I've become quite the little healthy cook in our household. Feels mighty fine.

Here are some Easter pics and I know I still owe pics from Camille's REAL party at the ranch, but these supercede that, you know why? Because spring is finally here!!! I can't tell you how refreshing it is to see the trees and flowers and grass and feel the warm sun caressing exposed face, arms and legs with gentle, breezy hugs. I am so happy it is spring!
