Yaaahhh

So, it's been awhile.

I have no other excuse, but life itself. But, I have loved it!

In a very compressed version:
1. Jason and I had our 5th wedding anniversary (end of September and yes, it is now November), went to Jarrett Farm Bed and Breakfast, shopped and had a blast. We even discussed how much we really enjoy being married and being friends with each other. He is a great guy, and might I add, really growing in the Lord lately. I'm just so proud of him and blessed with where God has us.

2. Camille was in her first parade with her dance academy (for Jenks homecoming, shameless advertising for the studio) and cried big boo-hoo tears when it was over she loved it so much.

3. We've hit the zoo and aquarium multiple times and it is actually starting to be fun. It was too much work previously to be fun, now even Mom gets to enjoy it.

4. We went to the pumpkin patch (twice) and Isaac had his first pony rides, saying "harse, harse" for the horses and grinning from ear to ear and Camille of course ate it up.

5. Camille was Sleeping Beauty and Isaac was a John Deere cowboy for fall festivals at the churches this year. For explanations on my issues with "halloween" see archives of October last year. Won't go into it now.

6. I've had several successful shows with the canvases, and it's been fun to do them and see the creativity of others in their orders. I'll be doing a show here at the house on the 17th of November, so if you want to come, please let me know and I'll get an invitation out in the mail to you! Yeah!

7. Camille has gotten to the point where she doesn't want to hold my hand just to hold it. I thought that was supposed to happen when they hit the tween years! She's also started the "dawdle" act, walking 4 steps behind mom when in public. And I think she is only doing it to assert her independence and test her boundaries, but I'll be honest with you, it sunk my heart a little.

8. Isaac's a nut! He is a handful and loves being outside. Every day he asks for "ousiide" and is so happy and content outdoors. We are out as much as possible. He went through a tough rode with what I guess was allergies, because the doc couldn't find anything wrong in his lungs with an x-ray when we took him (AGAIN!) to his office. He coughed and coughed and COUGHED, but has pulled through like a champ. By the way, have you all without tiny children seen how they take an x-ray of wiggly infants and toddlers? http://www.pnwx.com/Accessories/PatAsst/Restraints/ Gander at this website. Torture chambers for the young.

I'll have new pics for you soon, but Yahoo Photos switched over to Flickr and so have my pictures. I have to make them all private and then invite you to view them, because as they are now public some random guy named love_child_kyoto has added me to his contacts and bookmarked my pictures to come back to. Um, that's a big freakin' NO! That will come later.

Lastly, my friend Faith over at the Blackwood Family Blog could use some prayers. She is hyperemetic...think back to the many pukes a day I had during all of both pregnancies and take that times 2, and she has 3 other kids to care for. My worst days were puking 4-5 times a day, those are her best days. She has been hospitalized and medicated and will most likely be induced about a month before her due date. She needs peace, strength, and for the baby to have healthy, fully-developed lungs.

Pictures to come soon...
