Camille is now a swim queen! She had so much fun in her class today. Even in spite of the fact that I left her new swimsuit on her changing table at home so she was half naked in her Little Swimmers diaper. At least she had a barrette in her hair so that she was distinguishable as a girl!
1. Camille enjoying her Diaper Dolphin class! She didn't just enjoy it, she would laugh so loud and hard, it sounded like screaming.
2. Jason showed up for her class, watched us swim up a storm and then treated his girls to yummy Panera Bread afterwards. What a good man!
Okay, that was yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by Brook calling and asking if we wanted to meet at the Aquarium. Of course, I dropped everything and that included finishing my blog. So now today I'll finish what I started...
3. Camille's newly found love for raisins. Thank you Brook for getting her started on that. What an easy snack and a simple addition to mealtime!
4. Going to the Aquarium yesterday. Camille had an absolute blast with her cousins and her aunt. Jason said he still hasn't been yet, a shame too, since it is only 5 minutes away. We'll have to set a date.
5. Watching two movies this week with Jason. King Kong and Memoirs of a Geisha. Both very well done, and separately entertaining. Heck, it was just fun to sit on the couch beside my husband and do nothing together.
6. Jason just saying out of nowhere yesterday, "I sure am glad I married you." Made me smile.
7. Camille being okay with eating protein! She ate a healthy (from Wild Oats) hot dog yesterday and two chicken nuggets today! There is life outside of fruit, cheese and cheerios! Although, if she was to choose that diet, that would be dandy as well.
8. Wal-Tussin DM (Walgreens brand Robitussin) and Tylenol. For some reason, this pregnancy has made me catch more colds, or maybe it's having a one-year old around other little ones... Those two medicines combined make the ickies not so icky.
9. Having the house opened up since we got up this morning. What a beautiful spring day!
10. Ladies brunch tomorrow morning with my mini-church. Should be fun and refreshing!
11. Talking with my hairdresser Christy today and finding she is having a boy as well, Braxton! We are due one week apart. I am also due one week apart from Jessica Yelle who is having a girl, Sophie; and Becky who is due sometime in August is having a boy; and Jenny in my MOPs group is not finding out what they are having but is due two weeks after me. I guess November was a good month!

Nice and Quiet
1. It has been an unusually quiet day. It's nice, I've missed those.
2. Black-eye peas, cabbage and cornbread Jason and I made for dinner last night. It makes really yummy leftovers. Can you tell my parents were raised in the south? That's good home-cookin'!
3. No major complaints on sleep. I still wake up with back pain, but I am at least able to sleep through a night!
4. Watching Camille play with some of the stuffed animals I grew up with. I kept them for this very reason and I am LOVING that she enjoys them so much. By the way it is amazing how differently manufacturers make stuffed animals look in different eras I guess you could say. On that note, we did name one of her stuffed dogs "Henry" in memory of Gram's stuffed dog, Henry who, rest in peace, was around for Karen and I to play with. Gotta keep those traditions alive!
5. Hearing all the new words she is saying. Diaper and turtle are the best ones lately. She still calls a cat a dog, though. Turns out every four-legged creature is a dog in her book.
6. Instant hand sanitizer. For as many diapers as moms change every day, this is a must!
7. Turner Classic Movies channel. Sometimes it's nice to sit down and watch a really, really old movie that is just downright wholesome.
8. Another beautiful spring day.
9. Heading to my kickboxing class in a couple of hours. Me likey!
10. Posting two days in a row!

Happy Monday to You!
Happy Monday to You! Happy Monday to You! Happy Monday to Yoooouuuuuu! Happy Monday to You! (And, many moooorrrrre!) It's just such a beautiful day, it needed a song. It has been such a busy weekend, and I am glad to have a moment to sit down and ponder all the goodness of it.
Friday, honestly, I was bored out of my gourd. Camille and I were to go out to the land after her first nap, but her first nap did not get over until way after 1pm. By the time we ate lunch and got rounded up to go, Gram had already left the land and everyone else was not going to be out there much longer. Camille and I played and played and played trying to pass the time cooped up inside. Then, thankfully, it was time to go over to her cousin, Alyssa's 2nd birthday party. Sweet relief from my quickly closing in four walls!! We all had a blast, and Camille loved the break from just playing with Mom. It's different to have people your own size around! Karen and Todd came from OKC with Bradley and Abigail in tow. What a treat! We stayed up way too late, and loved every second of it. By the time we got home, Camille was in bed around 10pmish. Which meant...
The next morning, she didn't get up until 10amish. Boy do I love my 12 hour sleeper! Of course, I did follow suit. Poor Jason was up and out of the house before breakfast to go back out to the land. I barely squeaked by brunch on my awakening. We didn't wait for a nap today! We were out there by noon. Whew! It really was great fun watching all the burning going on. Camille kept saying, "Wow!" and "Oooh!" as she watched the fires. I think at one point they had 9 or 10 brush piles burning. They did amazing work and it looks so nice out there right now.
Sunday after Jason's soccer game, his truck died. Kapoot. My brother, Robert, was thankfully willing to stop his packing for his trip to Dallas to come tow Jason to the car hospital. Saved $$ on a tow truck! Anyhoo, it's fixed now. An unexpected, painful expense that God blessed us to be able to pay.
My list entails...
1. A very beautiful Monday morning where the birds are chirping and my window is already open!
2. Family in so many ways. In the togetherness of burning at the land, to the parties, to the towing, I am so thankful I have family near.
3. A great sermon on intercessory prayer on Sunday. Makes praying for your kids really hit home.
4. The beautiful land God has blessed our family with. There is so much we will get to do, I'm pumped.
5. The pics Ace is going to take of us today outside and in color! He is such a great friend and talented camera-snapper. Dinner out is always a blast as well as Heather and I get to actually see each other! I was able to see the senior pics he took of Charisse's daughter, Caitlyn, and besides her being gorgeous, he really captured her personality. That's fun to see.
6. The yummy Creamy Tuna Spirals we had for dinner last night. You wouldn't think something like that could taste as good as it did.
7. The absolute blast that Camille and Jason had playing in a cardboard box last night. I got some great pics and I haven't seen either of them laugh that hard in a long time.
8. The apparent once-a-week puking I have been narrowed down to. It seems Sunday mornings are the day for it. I guess it is the getting up earlier than normal, gotta get moving part of Sunday that gets to my body. But, I can handle once a week!
9. Camille starts her swimming lessons on Thursday!
10. Not having to get up last night to pee and then fight going back to sleep afterwards. It's the little things in life...

Thursday...
Sometimes it is really hard to come up with a title. This will be short and sweet because I am pooped and want to go to bed. I tried to get on yesterday, but the blogger server was down, so I was determined to get my list done today.
1. The phone tattoos Jason got for my cell phone. They are super cute! The one I have on right now is pink, white and black plaid. It was a total surprise from him. Those are the best gifts, unexpected and very appreciated.
2. The postcard I got from Jessica Ahrend from way on the other side of the world! What a great trip to the mailbox!
3. Gram bought Isaac an outfit and a toy. Absolutely adorable! His first one of each!
4. The yummy quesadillas I made for dinner. Did you get that? I MADE them for dinner. I cooked!
5. Feeling relieved that I followed through on letting go of an unhealthy relationship by just blurting out the truth instead of skirting around the issue. I'm sure I have incited more gossip in the neighborhood by telling one person that we are moving, but I am glad to not have to find excuses anymore. Thank you Lord!
6. Working with Dad today on getting material together for media for the house projects and getting one response right away. It felt good to use my brain. It feels good to not use it sometimes too.
7. The prospect of sleeping on the couch tonight and maybe not waking up with wretched back pain. Even the recliner doesn't cut it anymore.
8. Jason and I can enjoy our daughter's antics even when they are not the best things to laugh at. Like her new way of saying "uh-oh" as she deliberately tosses food from her high chair. Her lips make the perfect "o" shape as the center of her top lip points down ever so delicately. We both had to look away to keep from laughing, and as soon as we turned around, she looked at us with this amazingly hilarious look and we couldn't help but both belly laugh. Of course, she thought that was the best thing in the world and topped both of us by belting out her best comedic laugh. But, she didn't toss any more food. Too cute.
9. Going out to the land tomorrow.
10. Alyssa's 2nd birthday party tomorrow night. Should be a blast!

Two Days in a Row!
1. Yehaw! I made it two days in a row, even though in about an hour, it will be another day. Better hurry.
2. A nice long nap during Camille's morning nap even though she didn't wake up until 9:30 so neither did I. However, I got up many times in the night so I had to make up for it.
3. Photos with Ace yesterday! So fun, so relaxing, and they will be so good.
4. Lunch tomorrow with some girls from Philly High (Philbrook Museum). Some are still there, some aren't, who can we say are the lucky ones?
5. My cardio class. Hitting and kicking a bag, good times.
6. A nice home-cooked dinner tonight.
7. Trash day tomorrow. It feels good to take out stinky trash, you don't have to smell it anymore then. Not that my house is stinky...
8. Burn ban is lifted, so we will be out at the land Friday and Saturday clearing and burning brush piles.
9. Soooo close to finding a house plan we both love. Fingers crossed and prayers lifted, if you please.
10. Oh yeah, no pukies!

Long Time No Blog
I can't believe it was last Wednesday the last time I sat down here and took a couple of minutes to jot down my thoughts. I have no major excuses, just that time gets away from me sometimes. But, to catch everyone up, I'll go over the gist of what we accomplished since Wednesday.
Thursday was a hassle. We ended up not going to the OB's appointment because he was in an emergency C-section; hopefully everything ended up okay for mom and baby. So, Mom and I ended up going on Friday morning, earlier than I like to be anywhere. When Camille saw Isaac on the ultrasound, she instantly and without hesitation said, "Dog". She grinned, proud of herself that she had spotted yet another four-legged creature and was able to say her current favorite word. Is this any indication of their future relationship? Probably not, but it sure was cute.
Friday afternoon, Jason took off work so that he could have a break from what is turning out to be a stressful time at good ole at&t. We looked at houses and just had a nice time with just the three of us.
Saturday, Jason drove Camille and I to Van Buren, Arkansas for my dear friend Keri's baby shower. It was a nice breath of fresh air to sit and relax with her and her family and friends as well as Amy Dean. I was able to say hi to her parents and her sister, and just enjoyed reconnecting. Jason even took Camille to the mall in Ft. Smith with the other dads that had kids so that I could have a break and not worry about her during the party. Nice man.
Sunday was all about church, family and rain. It has been so nice to have rain for almost 3 days straight. That will make it to my list. I can already seen the green grass pushing through the dead hay field of what has become our front and back yards.
Okie dokie...
1. Dittos on the rain continuing today and other various and sundry side effects of spring.
2. Seeing our son through radio waves. Since I haven't gained as much weight (only 1.5 pounds so far at 19 weeks) as I did with Camille, and my tummy is not near as big, it is sometimes unbelievable that all things are a-okay in there. Dr. Williamson measured his head, tummy and his femur bone, and said he couldn't be healthier. His heart rate was at an astounding 146, quite perfect for the wee one. I'm just pumped that keeping up with my exercise is making such a huge difference this time. And, I can enjoy my peanut M&Ms without guilt!
3. Really getting something out of church yesterday. It's refreshing to be connected with a sermon so much that it plays out perfectly in your head. Now, if I could just apply it with the same zeal that I took it in yesterday, it could complete the application of the knowledge I gained. But, the question still remains as to how. This may be blurry to some, but would take a book to explain.
4. The photos we have scheduled with Ace, the wonder camera snapper, tonight. Sweet!
5. A very quiet house.
6. Seeing some potential for house plans we both really love.
7. Jason meeting with an architect and at least helping us take one step forward. This is a lot more work than just finding a spec home and saying build that here. A lot more work.
8. Talks of Jason going for his PhD. I am so proud of him. Nothing can stop my man.
9. Getting stuff ordered online today that has been on my list to accomplish for what seems like weeks now.
10. Putting Camille's wagon together last night. As soon as the sun comes out, we are cruising, baby!

Wednesday Wackies

So, I was in the living room today opening up the windows to a beautiful day and noticed that Camille was being very quiet in the front dining room. I walked in there to her digging in and tossing the dirt out of one of the plants. I immediately remembered what I was told in MOPS and that was to cherish the moment, take a picture, then move on to stopping the action. Of course, Camille was ever so pleased to smile for the camera in front of her new work. Glad I snapped the camera.
1. Being blessed to be at home to capture these moments.
2. No pukies!
3. Tomorrow, Mom, Camille and I get to go see Isaac and say hey to him in the womb! Hopefully, Jason will make it in time as well. If not, there is always next month.
4. MOPs was fun yesterday as usual. But, it makes me realize I need a hobby or a craft.
5. A nice quiet day where Camille is getting her 2nd nap of the day for the first time since last Wednesday. Sweet serenity!
6. Only three more days until I get to drive to Arkansas and see Keri and Amy for Keri's baby boy shower. Well worth the trip.
7. Talking briefly with Amy yesterday. It is crazy how small our little world is and how nice it is to reconnect with a dear friend since elementary school through a dear friend from college. Crazy, huh?
8. Walking around the yard with Camille today and looking at all of our flowers that have started blooming and the trees that are showing signs of new life! Gotta love perennials.
9. Taking a very restful nap on the couch this morning as Camille slept.
10. Technology that allows us to keep up with family.

Oh, How Time Flies
Last thing I knew it was Friday and I had the whole weekend to look forward to. Now, it is Monday evening, and where oh where did the time go? My aunt and uncle, Grandma and 2 cousins came to visit for the weekend and we had Kristen and Melissa at our house on Saturday and Sunday night. It seems like only 1 or 2 years have passed since Melissa and Kristen were both teen-tiney, but now they are 17 and 13. Melissa is off to college next year and Kristen is becoming a beautiful young lady right before our very eyes. In fact, it is her eyes that are so captivating and downright gorgeous. Anyway, so the weekend has simply passed through our fingertips as we spent a great deal of time out at the land, and of course, shopping. I have so much to be thankful for and so to my list.
1. Jason and I went to the Bixby City Council meeting this evening, and through much prayer, extremely fast heartbeats and to be honest, just the Lord, our water has been approved. That means there is nothing holding us back from moving forward with moving and building. This really is where God wants us right now; the door has been flung wide open. You could fit a Mac truck in through that door. So, off to the races.
2. Only 1 pukie in 4 days. Pretty good odds on it letting up entirely and feeling really good all of the time. Yeehaw!
3. Seeing Camille ham it up for all her relatives. She knows when she has an audience and melts right into her role of making everyone around her smile.
4. It is such an honor to be able to have had Camille around 2 different great-grandparents within a couple of weeks of each other.
5. All the food! Who can resist the plethora of home-cooked meals from Mom and Grandma? Oh my, oh my, oh my. No food ever tastes that good.
6. Not having to entertain or impress Melissa and Kristen. As long as they had a movie at night and breakfast in the morning, they were good to go. Nice for them, even better for me.
7. Camille was so patient in spite of never really capturing a nap since Friday morning and being confined to her car seat or stroller when not out carousing at the land.
8. I am thankful for the huge nap she will (hopefully) take tomorrow afternoon after MOPs.
9. Getting back into a regular routine. Me likey.
10. The new yoga pants I got from Walgreens. Is that worse than Wal-Mart? Who cares, they are beyond comfy for my pregnant body, and they were only 2/$12!!

It's Finally Friday!!
Hooray for the weekend! Jason said he would be home before too long, and that means the weekend starts early, baby!
1. No pukies this morning! That's enough to count for 10 right there.
2. Making french toast in the waffle iron for Camille. She hated it, but I loved it so much, I made myself another one.
3. Getting the kitchen spotless. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you're not nauseous! I kinda made a rhyme.
4. Camille took a 2.5 hour nap. It's amazing what you can accomplish when your child is unconscious! Okay, so that rhyme didn't sound as good as the first, but she was conked out a long time, and therefore I had the free time to get stuff done.
4. Okay, so I didn't get the laundry done yesterday, but today, we are on a roll.
5. Setting an appointment with Ace, the wonder photographer, to do our pictures again. He and his wife are such cool people to have as friends, and he is the most talented camera snapper I know!
6. Opening up the back door and windows and enjoying spring.
7. Going to the Home and Garden show last night and meeting up with my brother, sister-in-law and the kiddos as well as my parents. What a fun family outing.
8. In spite of the cost, the $4 plate of nachos that I ate at Expo Square last night at the H&G show hit the spot and kept me from passing out. I think I was a little too close to needing to eat. Don't tell anyone, but they tasted really good, too.
9. Seeing Camille's hair nice and soft and clean today before she got her hands in it during lunch. Now it has fruit, cheese, and bunny grahams in it as a nice styling gel...at least it has the same effect. It's sticking out everywhere.
10. I am very thankful for the laugh Camille and I had at nothing in particular. We just both found it very amusing when the other laughed and couldn't stop. What a joy she is.

Waking Up To Rain
1. Can it get any better than waking up to rain after a long drought, and listening to the birds sing happily during a dry moment? Not today it can't.
2. I made myself some eggs this morning with broccoli, onions, carrots, tomatoes, and of course, cheese. They were really yummy! Camille wasn't into them, but enjoyed watching me make them.
3. Finally going to Camille's one year dr. appt. this afternoon. We had to reschedule it twice, and they weren't happy about it either.
4. The daily change I see in Camille as she is growing up. It seems that everyday she is discovering something new that she can accomplish. A great amount of it is saying words. Her favorite new words are fish "ishhh", dog "dawww", boat "bo", and Azzie which is perfectly "Azzie". The other great thing is she has always been a little dancer. From the time when she could sit up, I have video of her sitting in front of her Brainy Baby piano and just gettin' down to the music! Now, everytime she hears any tune, even if it is my silly whistling, she will move. That girl has rhythm!
5. Going to the Home and Garden Show this evening. Should be fun and productive!
6. Actually getting laundry done today. I am thankful for small (check that, for as much laundry as we have right now, this could be considered huge) accomplishments.
7. Making another fruit salad for a snack like the one I had yesterday. It included an orange, apple, banana, and a small bunch of grapes. Hoowee it was yummy!
8. Opening windows and smelling the rain.
9. Sleeping in the recliner last night so I wouldn't wake up in excruciating back pain. It was only minor back pain.
10. Not waking up at all last night to pee. Keri, I know it is an accomplishment to only get up twice a night when prego, so I was pumped to wake up at 7:10 this morning with a very full bladder!

Finally back
What a whirlwind of a weekend! Camille's party on Saturday was absolutely wonderful. Quite a bit of our family was here and made for a very full house. Camille loved, loved, loved having all her cousins around her and actually playing with people her own size. What a treat! I realized we do need to have more seating as all of our family continues to grow.
We had yummy sandwiches, snacks and, of course, cake and ice cream. Camille ended up not liking her cake at all. She dug into it, and once she felt the sticky on her hands, it was over. She would shake her hands vigorously to get the cake off and never even ate a bite of it! I did try to stick a piece in her mouth, but out it came with a very big mouth and long baby tongue. We have some good pictures, though, and it will make for a good story.
Camille made out like a bandit on clothes and toys, and loved every second of it. There were only a couple of outbursts of tears as all the gifts and excitement was quite a bit to take in for a small child. But, it was all worth it to be able to celebrate her life with her family. I am looking forward to many more years of those celebrations.
Sunday was crazy busy. Church, Jason's soccer game, Traci's baby shower, packing, then driving to Iowa. We did it all and arrived in Iowa at about 1:30am-ish. The most difficult part about the drive was the fog. We couldn't even see the mile markers until we were right beside them. Good thing Jason was driving as I would have NEVER made it in that type of driving atmosphere. He handled all of my gasps of "oooh, be careful" and "maybe we should slow down" along with the "oh stink, watch out" as he drove on with confidence. Good man.
Camille had a hard time transitioning from the car to the playpen, and all in all, Jason and I had about 2.5 hours of sleep. Camille was wiped out, but did well during the services for Jason's grandmother the next day. We were able to arrive at Jason's grandpa's house at about 7:45ish in the morning so that he could meet Camille and just spend some good quality time with her. It was nice to be able to see 4 generations together and feel the connectedness of their blood. I think Camille also provided a distraction for Grandpa on a very difficult day.
What an honor to meet all of Jason's family. They were fantastic, funny and so kind. It was as if we had known each other our entire lives. Plans are underway for meeting at the Lake of the Ozarks as a meeting in the middle location and a great reason to soak up some sun in the summer.
So, onto my list.
1. First of all, this was one of the hardest things to see, but one of the most beautiful. Jason's grandmother was laid out in a very beautiful red jacket at the church. I had never had the opportunity to meet her, but from all the pictures and stories, it was as if I had always known her. I immediately had to excuse myself and go grab some tissues. When I came back Grandpa was standing beside her just holding and rubbing her hands. How heartbreaking but magnificent. Even in death, his love could not keep him from touching her and displaying his emotions.
2. Finding out that Grandma and Grandpa had been married for 65 years. How rare and how motivating. That is a level of commitment that I feel our generation lacks in regards to the marriage covenant. They were the epitome of sticking to the vows they spoke so many years ago.
3. Knowing that we will see her again. It was very comforting to hear during the service the truth that indeed, we will see her again in heaven as well as all those that have gone before us.
4. For the new addition of family that I now have. I believe there can never be too much family, the more it grows, the better!
5. The joy of youth that brought a smile to more than one face on Monday.
6. A safe trip there and back. We arrived home around 10pm-ish on Monday night. Can you tell I never really looked at the clock the whole time we were gone?
7. Getting back into a routine. Camille and I went to MOPS on Tuesday morning and had lunch and played at Carl's Jr. with Brook, Pruitt and Alyssa. It had been quite a while since Brook and I had the opportunity to sit down and catch up on life. Camille always has so much fun with P and Alyssa, so I know it was a nice break for her from the confinement of a car seat.
8. Sleeping the entire time Camille was asleep during her nap on Monday afternoon.
9. Heading to my cardio class after my very long nap. It just feels good to punch and kick a bag.
10. Eating a healthy meal at home after being on the road and at the mercy of drive-throughs and convenience stores.

Cheerios, turkey and family
Who couldn't love Cheerios and turkey? Ok, maybe not in the same meal, but Cheerios are a favorite of Camille and my turkey sandwich is a lifesaver for lunch. I could put Cheerios on her tray any meal and she would be pleased. Life's simple pleasures.
1. The simplicity of enjoying food.
2. That someone invented the sandwich. Who just wants to eat turkey slices with cheese?
3. Camille took a long enough nap this morning to allow me to paint my fingernails and toenails. I don't know how long it has been since I have had both painted and now my appendages look foreign to me. It is nice to think back on the time when I would have gasped to find either set unpolished.
4. Picking up Camille's cake and food for her shindig tomorrow.
5. Finding thankfulness in sorrow is sometimes more difficult. I Just got off the phone with Jason and learned that his grandmother passed away. Even though I never had the opportunity to meet her, it makes me thankful for family and the support that we are able to provide for each other.
6. Peace in the comfort of everlasting life securely tucked away in God's arms. John 10:28-30 "I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. I and the Father are one."
7. Mom and Dad willing to watch Cooper and ChaCha while we are gone. ChaCha is a nervous wreck as it is and the kennel would send her way overboard.
8. The simplicity and power of saying I love you.
9. Knowing that Camille will be able to meet her great-grandfather and all of Jason's family that we will see at the funeral.
10. Flexibility and availability to be there when needed.

I killed a spider!
So, that may not be a big deal to a lot of people, but it is a significant accomplishment for someone who is insanely arachnophobic! I didn't just set the phone book on top of it and wait for Jason to come home, I killed that sucker. It did mark up my wall a bit as I struck at him with my shoe. He was right between the carpet and the baseboard. The worst place! (Advice for light colored walls...don't use a black soled shoe.) I can snag a paper towel and get a small spider, no problem. But, this one...this one was big enough and crunchy enough to really freak me out. After I killed him (yeah, me!) I had to use the vacuum to pick him up. I felt it move up the hose, YUCK! But, he is dead and so will his family be if they come into this home. I have not overcome my fear, but I have risen above it! So, for today...
1. I killed a big, nasty spider on my own!
2. Mom didn't laugh too much when I called her for advice on any home products that would kill it since I didn't have spider spray. We'll be going to the store today...
3. Jennifer wasn't home when I called to ask her to come kill it. I was forced to act!
4. I did not resort to calling the other moms down the street whom I haven't seen or spoken to since early December. The thought did cross my mind though.
5. Because of the huge adrenalin rush of finding the spider sitting by Camille, and then accomplishing all the above drama, I did not puke this morning. Just for the record, I would rather puke than kill another one of those beasts.
6. Camille is doing a machine-gun laugh right now that is cracking herself up. Maybe she is laughing at me because of my sad plight. But, one day she can think I am really weird and end up killing spiders just to show me up. Then I won't have to do it.
7. Beyond the spider, Camille and I were able to spend some relaxing and refreshing time with Keri and Anna today after picking them up from the airport. It was so nice to fall into conversation with her and let the girls play and just be us. I dearly love her, her sweet Anna and little Bo (who neither of us will meet for another few weeks) and am glad that she is close enough to be able to enjoy this time together more often! Jake, you rock as well.
8. Lunch at Abuelos with Keri. Yummy cheese enchiladas.
9. A beautiful, peaceful day.
10. Camille's birthday card from Jason's Uncle Leroy and Aunt Betty. It came in the mail today and was a very pleasant surprise! Camille loves it and keeps carrying it around and talking to it.
